When it comes to food, I’m the girl you would find binge-eating a pack of Snickers in her bed at night. I drink wine, I eat fries and creamy, buttery sauce without thinking twice. While I don’t consider myself fat or in need of losing weight, our latest blood result clearly said that we need to have a more balance lifestyle – more sport, less bad fat.

One of the reason I started this blog is to share our journey toward a more balance lifestyle (find all the reason here). In this section you’ll find some recipe, some diet advice, and my favorites restaurant. Most recipes are Expat-proof with easy to find ingredient and limited cooking equipment.
